At Bexalor S.A.S. we protect your personal information in line with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the international best practices applicable to the PropTech ecosystem in 2026.
1. Data we collect
We collect identifying data (name, email, phone), the financial information needed to qualify your investor profile, technical metadata (IP address, device type, browser version) and interaction data with the platform. We only request the data strictly necessary to deliver the service to you.
2. Purposes of processing
We use your data to verify your identity, evaluate your investment profile, execute real estate crowdlending operations, meet tax and regulatory obligations, provide support and personalize communications you explicitly requested.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the contract with you, on legal obligations applicable to the Argentine fintech and real estate sector, on legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention, and on express consent for commercial communications.
4. Who we share data with
We share data with partner developers only for the projects in which you participate, and with auditors, notaries, law firms, banking entities and technology providers acting as processors under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may operate servers outside Argentina, always in jurisdictions offering adequate protection levels or under standard contractual clauses reviewed in 2025.
6. Retention period
We retain your data during the contractual relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax, accounting and anti-money laundering regulations in force in Argentina, typically up to ten years.
7. Your ARCO+ rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of processing by writing to privacidad@bexalor.com. We respond within the ten business days established by Law 25,326.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you may file a claim with Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
9. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or platform changes. The current version will always be available on this page with the last updated date.
